- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recenly move out since This place is under new management, well they ask for 250 dollars for clean up + 250 dollars if you have dogs and that is NOT up for refund only the deposit, well after i move out with my family this new "management" told me that they will not give anything back, with the escuse That it was "dirty" and "damage".. after i pay in the beginning for clean up and for damage that my Chihuahua did,. If you dont like youre money taken away dont apply on this place because the manager's and the landlors (the thief's) will take youre money with stupid escuses, be careful and smart about this place take precautions.
